Review: Dr. Phoenyx Beauty Protein

For the past 3 months, I’ve been drinking and eating smoothies more than ever thanks to Dr. Phoenyx’s Beauty Protein. When she reached out for me to review her product that came in a vegan formula and contained a hair growth formula, I was immediately sold. Especially since Dr. Phoenyx’s long, thick, luscious hair is #Goals!

The Beauty Protein is a vanilla protein powder that comes in whey protein and vegan protein. Not only does it taste absolutely delicious, but the powder is finely milled. Have you ever made a smoothie and came across a clump of protein powder? Yuck! I definitely have. With the Beauty Protein, I haven’t had that problem at all.

I was happy to see that my hair made it to waist length a week ago. 🙂 You can purchase the Beauty Protein at drphoenyx.com. Definitely going to try this out since I just started my fitness, and healthy hair journey. How many smoothies did you drink in a day?
